By accessing, registering on, or using the bet399 platform available at bet399.im (hereinafter "bet399", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bet399 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account by contacting bet399 customer support.

Access to and use of the bet399 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bet399 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to applicable authorities.
• You are registering and using the Platform as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bet399 or any other gaming operator.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of access.
• You have not previously had an account with bet399 that was closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

It is the User's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bet399 makes no representations as to the legality of access from any particular location. Pakistani users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about applicable local laws.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the bet399 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods are used – constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before bet399 processes any withdrawal request above the applicable threshold. KYC documents required include:

• A clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or a valid Passport (photo page).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing name and mobile number).
• Additional documentation may be requested by bet399's compliance team at its discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bet399 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. Notify bet399 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity on your account.

All account balances on bet399 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet399 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically feasible. bet399 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may vary due to payment provider processing schedules, public holidays, or compliance review requirements.

• bet399 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• bet399 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating payment method where fraud, error, or policy breach is suspected.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. bet399 will not process withdrawals to accounts or mobile wallets that do not match the verified identity of the account holder.
• Any applicable taxes arising from winnings are the sole responsibility of the User under applicable local tax law.

All bets placed on the bet399 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail.

bet399 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed due to an obvious pricing error, technical fault, data feed error, or manifest mistake in odds or market parameters.
• Limit maximum stake amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts at its sole discretion.
• Decline any bet without being required to provide a reason.
• Suspend live betting markets at any time, including in-play markets for cricket, PSL, football, boxing, and UFC events.
• Settle bets in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies or data providers. In the absence of an official result, bet399's decision on settlement shall be final.

Casino game outcomes, including live dealer games and slots, are determined by certified RNG systems or physical dealing equipment. bet399 does not influence game outcomes and published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.

From time to time, bet399 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback incentives, deposit match promotions, or other promotional offers to eligible accounts. Each promotion is subject to specific Terms & Conditions that are published alongside the offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• bet399 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including before the stated end date, without prior notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, matched betting across accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics – will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one promotion may be claimed per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Users of bet399 are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or identity documents.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical faults in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploited errors may be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet399 staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming control, account suspension, or self-exclusion measure.

bet399 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered users via Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session or per defined period.
• Session Time Controls: Set alerts or automatic logout after defined session durations.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for defined periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding you of time spent on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the User any intellectual property rights in any Platform content beyond the limited licence required for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet399 shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or third-party infrastructure failure.
• Delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals due to payment provider issues beyond bet399's reasonable control.
• Loss or damage arising from the User's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access.
• Decisions made by the User on the basis of information provided on the Platform.
• Financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bet399's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bet399.

bet399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User against deposits made to bet399.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

In the event of account closure following a breach of these Terms, bet399 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for operational rather than disciplinary reasons will be returned to the User's verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

bet399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bet399 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you should cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the bet399 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations as observed by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution process as specified by the Platform's licensing authority.

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised directly with bet399 customer support. bet399 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct contact, Users may escalate their complaint through the applicable independent dispute resolution channel specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.
